Nizhniy Novgorod, 2004. A man doesn't remember his name, who he is, or where he's from - he just woke up one day in a hospital with multiple injuries and no memory. Now he's forced to wander around the city, sleep wherever he can, and eat whatever he can get. Despite all this, he hasn't lost his human appearance or dignity, as far as it's possible in his situation. The kids nicknamed him Kompot for his special love for the drink from their school cafeteria, where a compassionate cook feeds him. A group of high school friends decide to help Kompot, find out the truth, and try to get his real life back.
