A story that follows the 48th successor of the Yang Warriors martial arts technique as he fights monsters and upgrades his skills to become a true hero. Yang Xiao Lang has always detested learning martial arts. His grandmother is disappointed at his lack of motivation so she sends him to live with his second uncle Liu Guo who runs the Zhonghua restaurant in Jiangcheng. In this new city, Yang Xiao Lang becomes embroiled with the police, the Qinglong Clan and the Westerners. To protect Xiao Fan, the woman he loves, Yang Xiao Lang is forced to step up to the plate as he relies on his wits to fight against injustices and bring honor to his family.
