Carol is stunned by Denise’s revelation. Rafferty outplays J.J. Dawn has Kim in her sights. Luck is on Alex’s side.

Emma has a close call with Tommy when she goes behind his back. Carol decides to look for her mother. Lorcan and Alex return from a disastrous trip to Bristol.

When Emma’s plan goes ahead it spells disaster for Tommy. Carol’s under pressure to be honest with Denise. Lorcan fears Carol is hiding something terrible.

Emma realizes the Rafferty’s might not be the only ones eyeing the clubhouse land. JJ struggles seeing Carol being drawn into her past. Ray’s nit-picking gets on Doug’s nerves.

Carol visits Rose to try to discover what became of Majella. As fingers are pointed at JJ for an act of vandalism, Emma covers as Tommy grows suspicious about the demolition.

Carol is determined to hold on to hope of finding Majella, but JJ confides some grim news to Fr Art. While Emma and Rafferty shut Tommy’s queries down, Sharon discovers the truth.

Sharon cannot let sleeping dogs lie and reveals what Emma has been up to, with some long-term effects. Ray gets the wrong end of the stick about his retirement gift.

The Rafferty’s celebration of the site purchase is short-lived when Tommy blindsides them. Emma is left humiliated by an unforgiving Tommy.

Carol and Denise reach a new understanding as they pay tribute to their late mother. Emma takes the bait when Tommy and Sharon conspire to wind her up.

Sharon and Tommy’s unexpected romance infuriates Emma and sparks trouble for James and Hayley. A stressed Orla puts Zoe under pressure, causing a bike accident.

James makes up with Hayley and drives a wedge between Sharon and Tommy. Despite her injury, Zoe helps Orla out and is rewarded with a job offer.

Orla has to break bad news to Zoe, but bottles it. Ray, feeling rudderless, takes it out on his housemates. Carol, eager to bond with Denise, keeps getting in her own way.

Orla fears having to let Junior down & cancel their holiday, but Hughie is determined to change Zoe’s mind about the Vino’s job.

Ben surprises Zoe when he steps up to the mark at Vinos, but does he have an ulterior motive? With Jacinta and Nikki both vying for a job at the laundrette, Hughie's torn.

James has his own plans for Tommy’s Men’s Shed space, while Dean hopes Doug can Go With The Flow. Zoe has to clean up after Ben.

James tells Hayley he is now willing to sell his stake in McCoy’s. Ben attempts to make amends with Zoe. Tensions escalate when Jacinta makes a personal remark about Nikki and the kids.

When Jacinta is forced to seek Nikki’s help, a grudging peace breaks out. Zoe is bailed out by Ben, but there’s a sting in the tail.

Hayley and James are terrified their scam has been discovered. Nikki accuses Kim in the wrong of being up to no good. Orla is impressed when Danny steps in to defend her.

James angers Hayley by stalling her antique scam. Instead, he asks Emma to help them get the house deposit off Con. Will it work or will James feel betrayed by his mother?

Hayley and James’s money-making scam comes unstuck when Emma’s ego takes a hit. Nikki tries to connect with teen gang member, Chloe, despite warnings from Babs.

Kim is lured further into Chloe’s gang. James and Hayley struggle to keep Sharon in the dark about the fake antiques scam. Kira becomes suspicious when Orla lies to Con.

Kim makes an enemy of Chloe when she refuses to do her bidding. James fails to stop Hayley from selling more fakes. Orla gets closer to Danny.

Sash confronts Chloe. Georgie gives Gwen and Fergal an ultimatum. Kira uncovers Orla’s lie.

Sash steps between Nikki and Chloe. Gwen and Fergal are in trouble. Orla gets closer to Danny. James works on Hayley to agree top keep Sharon’s money.

Sharon is shocked when she overhears James and Hayley discussing secretly trying to buy the house before Tommy; Babs attempts to control the scooter gang but is laughed off by Chloe and her friends; After a late shift babysitting, Renee questions Ellie on why she doesn’t use her phlebotomy training to get a better job, but Ellie dismisses her.

Hayley and James are horrified when Emma presses for an update on the big order in front of Ger, who is surprised to hear about it for the first time; Chloe reports Sash to Babs, claiming she threatened her; Gwen is furious when she discovers that Fergal never paid the TV box money to their supplier and he has been hiding the cash from her.

A stressed Hayley snaps at Emma as she continues to pester her about the antiques order; Kim is terrified when Chloe confronts her with the scooter gang and warns her that she better be on her side; Gwen convinces Fergal to build the server himself, insisting it will impress everyone and that they’ll face any risks together.

Hayley and James try coming up with a way to avoid handing over the counterfeit antiques to Emma; Babs tells Nicki that if Kim makes a statement, they could pursue something against Chloe; Gwen is delighted when an exhausted Fergal gets the new counterfeit TV boxes working.

Frankie admits to James that one of his men dropped his phone during the robbery in the shop; Lorcan secures Electric Picnic tickets and invites Síofra, leaving Ben jealous; Max and Tara agree to hire the second-best candidate for the receptionist role, but Tara remains curious as to why Ellie turned them down.

Ger tells Hayley and James that she's put out a reward amongst a criminal gang for whoever comes forward with information about the robbery; Ben persuades Alex to sell his Electric Picnic tickets; Lily encourages Hughie to try reconnect with Kevin and get an invite to the wedding, while Renee warns him to be cautious in case he gets rejected.

Frankie continues to turn the screws on Hayley and James; having burned his bridges with Carol, Lorcan finds himself depending on a ticket scalper.

James tells Ger that he and Hayley are in financial trouble and asks for help; Lorcan is devastated when he realizes he has been scammed and his Electric Picnic tickets are actually fake; Tara wants to dismiss Ellie, but Max starts to have doubts.

Hayley warns James that Ger seems suspicious of him; Alex and Síofra are horrified when Carol's coffee cup buckles in her hand and spills coffee all over her coat; Zoe is dismissive when Ben tells her about a new business idea – selling imported CBD shots.

When Ger’s contact gets back to her with a phone number for Frankie, Ger decides to reach out; Carol is offended when Alex rescinds the offer of free coffee for a month and tells her they’ll be billing her for the dry cleaning; As Ellie reaches her limit with Max’s poor timekeeping, Tara promises to speak to him.

Melanie calls Carol's bluff over suing Brewzers but finds herself outmaneuvered; when Ben realizes that his CBD shots are nearly out of date, Zoe offers a solution to offload them.

With Hughie's help, Zoe helps Ben learn the basics of doing business; Max, Ellie and Tara come together to deal efficiently with an emergency.

Hayley and James are left horrified when Ger makes a shocking demand; Lorcan goes out on a limb for Siofra but keeps his true feelings under wraps.

Hayley and James go to extreme lengths to meet Ger's impossible demand;Lorcan takes matters into his own hands when Síofra is the target of a robbery.
